Pomeranian Geese

Pomeranian geese are the definition of “farm chaos.” They’re a stocky heritage breed from Pomerania in northern Europe known for their spicy, talkative personalities and striking looks — gray or buff saddleback.

As of 2025, the Pomeranian goose is still listed as Critical on the Livestock Conservancy Priority List (fewer than 500 breeding birds, estimated fewer than 1,000 globally).
